Служба заказа помещений должна выдавать НОК достаточное количество разовых пропусков для посетителей, чтобы они имели возможность пользоваться специальным входом для особо важных гостей при доставке спортсменов на конференции, запланированные в ГМЦ.

Office responsible for booking of rooms andpress conferences in the MPC. It confirms dates, times and locations and enters them in the daily schedule of press conferences. The press conference booking office must provide NOCs with appropriate numbers of guest passes to bring athletes through the MPC VIP entrance to attend news conferences booked in the MPC.
